Rick started Alcala CM Inc. in 2007. He has over 35 years of experience in the Senior Living, Commercial, Hospitality, Health Care, and Residential industries and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He worked in the general contracting industry as a manager of staff, projects, and contractors, and was directly responsible for profitability and oversight of over $500 million of property.
He currently oversees and participates in representation of lenders, owners, developers and facilities managers in their construction and acquisition needs, and has consulted on over $2 Billion of Senior Living Facilities, including For-Profit and Not-For-Profit properties. Professional experience includes leadership and consulting in the construction-related industry. Rick believes in taking “Ownership” of every project, and provides Leadership in a proactive, teamwork environment.
